How do I make changes to my policy?
You can contact the health plan directly by calling the numbers provided in your policy. If you need assistance, please contact our customer care department at 1-800-243-8751, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Do I have to do anything to renew my policy?
The health plan will send you any information necessary to renew your current policy annually. If you need assistance, please contact our customer care department at 1-800-243-8751, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

My policy cancelled because I forgot to make my payment, what do I do?
If your policy is cancelled due to non-payment, please contact our customer care department at 1.800.557.8291, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.

What do I do if I have a claim?
You should submit all your health insurance claims directly to your health plan.
